Mid june..more allotment pics!!

Just a few more pics for you to see of the growing progress up to mid june...sorry still not much going on down the allotment except for trying to stay on top of the weeds and for some bizarre reason digging out LOTS of rusty nails!!!!

    Hi Tanya - those rusty nails are usually from bonfires held on the plot to get rid of old bits of wood and perennial weeds that can't be composted. Old wood is full of old nails and they don't burn, so that's what you end up with a forkful of!
