Today was a sad day as we lost one of our cats...she was found just a little way up the road on the grass verge and had obviously been hit by a car. She was not my only cat but each of them are very different and have very unique characters and she will be sadly missed.

I write this post here as she was a cat that loved the great outdoors and would go wandering over the fields and even sometimes follow me to the allotment.

Tiger-Lily..with a character as big as a tiger's and a cat NOT prepared to be ignored...lol

So this was where I buried her.....on my allotment knowing how much she loved to be out sunning herself and also knowing that she will always be with me when I visit. R.I.P. Tiger-Lilly...we loved you and will miss you dearly!!

That's very sad news, she looks like a gorgeous cat. I am sure you'll always know that she's sunning herself behind you when you're digging away.

That such sad news Tanya, I'm so sorry for your loss. Tiger-Lilly looks like a wonderful cat and a great character indeed. I lost a very dear cat in February at the grand old age of 19 so I know how you feel. She will always be there with you, at the allotment while you work.

That's terrible news! I am so sorry! I am glad she had such a great life of sunning though, the best life a cat can have!

Sad story. It is obvious she was loved and will be missed. You are right about the personalities. We have 3 cats and each is so different that they seem like separate species!
